Usage:

In the test example below, I am trying to determine how much Rs. 200 (valued at 1972 prices) is worth today. Please note that if the "Rupee_amount_value_asof" parameter is not included, the input Rupee amount is valued at most recently available fiscal (2007) rates, by default.
