Task 1: Correcting icons for [[WP:RDT]]

This task works for WP:RDT to correct badly-chosen names for BS icons. It does this in two possible ways:

  1. Icon XXX is uploaded to BSicon YYY.svg (by ChrisDHDR)
  2. All links to XXX are changed to YYY
  3. XXX is posted for speedy deletion (by ChrisDHDR)

  1. XXX and YYY will be uploaded to CHRISBOT and CHRISBOT2. When the cache is updated,
  2. XXX will be replaced by CHRISBOT and YYY with CHRISBOT2

  4. CHRISBOT replaced with YYY and CHRISBOT with XXX
