I began editing Wikipedia as part of the [https://nnlm.gov National Network of Libraries of Medicine] Wikipedia Edit-a-Thon (#citeNLM2018), an effort by health science librarians to use the trusted resources of the National Library of Medicine to add citations to Wikipedia pages on rare diseases.

• Kabuki syndrome - This started as minor edits as part of the #citeNLM2018 Edit-a-Thon but quickly became my primary project as I found other folks interested in improving the page.
