== Career ==

Dunbar was a journalist for Temple University newspaper, as well as a long-time reporter for Look Magazine. Dunbar also wrote books and published a book titled Nigeria {{cite web|url=https://www.kirkusreviews.com/book-reviews/ernest-dunbar/nigeria/|title=NIGERIA by Ernest Dunbar - Kirkus Reviews|publisher=}}, that was a discussion of Nigeria’s geography and resources and rich artistic heritage. Not only that but Dunbar successfully published nine other books all in which sold well.
