When I accessed Wikiedia today, just before I logged-in with my username, I received
[http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:78.143.206.96&redirect=no this] message. That is a non-static IP belonging to my ISP which was just assigned to me today. I did NOT make the edits in question. I don't even have any interest in the topic!
