About me

Hello, fellow Wikipedian! I'm Expressive101, and as you might've guessed, I have a thing for giraffes. Why? Their long necks reaching for the skies, their unique patterns, and their gentle nature are just a few reasons. Join me as I edit pages related to wildlife, nature, and of course, our long-necked friends.

My favorite giraffe facts

  1. Did you know giraffes only have seven vertebrae in their necks? The same number as humans!
  2. A giraffe's tongue can be up to 45cm long. That's almost half a meter!
  3. Despite their size, giraffes only need 5-30 minutes of sleep in a 24-hour period.
