The Eye Surgeon and Internal Medicine Doctor

Ophthalmology - Eye surgeon, with special interest in Glaucoma, strabismus, corneal transplantation and Lasers for eye. I created a username in June 2006, even though I had started Ophthalmology and also contributed to other articles on Wikipedia since 2002. Helped founding the Wikipedia project on Ophthalmology.

I also did IM residency - finished in 2012. I am also board certified by ABIM in Internal Medicine since 2012.

Interests

I love listening to sweet, meaningful and melodious Hindi Songs of the Golden Era by Lata Mangeshkar, Kishore Kumar, Mukesh, Mohd. Rafi. Binaca Geetmala was a favorite program during my childhood, as also Vividh Bharti Radio station playing hindi songs all day!

Wiki I am excited by Wikipedia's massive, accurate and advanced knowledge base with intricacies explained in detail. I frequently visit the articles for deletion and post my comments there. I am involved in editing Ophthalmology, music and India related articles.
