As part of my paid work in cultural heritage, I support community Wikipedia initiatives, especially the [http://www.greatergrovehall.org/black-women-lead/ Black Women Lead project]. My role is similar to that of a Wikipedian-in-Residence. This work includes contributions to the Boston Black Women Lead Redlist. I am being mentored on Wikipedia by the experienced editor LEvalyn.
