Such requests should not be made at Wikipedia:Administrator intervention against vandalism, as that page is dedicated to requesting blocks and this is a separate type of request for users already blocked. Blocked users can normally edit their own user talk page while they are blocked, however, this ability can be revoked if a user abuses his or her talk page privilege by using it for:

• vandalism,
• personal attacks,
• legal threats,
• abuse of the {{tl|Unblock}} template.}}
