I am a retired electronic engineer, specialising in the applications of analog integrated circuits (amplifiers, ADCs, DACs, references and sensors).
I am a EurIng, a CEng, MIET, and FBIS; have a degree in Physics and Philosophy; and have long experience in lecturing to audiences whose native language is not English.
I have stong interests in literature (especially SF), hypnotism, cooking (especially Indian), diving, wildlife and amateur radio (G4CLF).
I am from Liverpool, English, and a citizen of the United Kingdom, of the EU (and hope a way will be found for me to remain so after Brexit, which I deplore), and of the Planet Earth. I presently live in SW England.
