- Reorganized 1959 as Ingham & McKinney, to include George McKinney, Charles T. Ingham retires.
- Ingham dies in 1960.
- Reorganized 1966 as Ingham Kaffka Marcu to include Richard E. Kaffka and Mihai Marcu.
- Reorganized 1970 as The IKM Partnership to include Marion F. Zentarsky.
- Affiliated 1979 with Schmidt, Garden & Erikson to form IKM/SGE.
