Hi, I am Per from Kassel in Germany. I'm blind and using a screen reader.

I am interested in an accessible and usable MediaWiki user interface for the needs of screen reader users.

The biggest problem is the graphical security code (CAPTCHA) while creating a new account and the efficient use of special pages such as the watch list, history and especially the Diff page. There is a possibility to change the order of section heading and edit link. This make it much easier for blind users to navigate on a Wiki page. It would be desirable to have an option for that change in the preferences or as a simple selectable gadget if it is not possible to implement this feature in MediaWiki.
