Plot

After a Homeland Security agent assigned to the Guantanamo Bay Naval Base is murdered in Havana, CID agent Sean Franklin (Joseph Lawrence) and his partner, NCIS agent Brianna Evans (Zulay Henao) are sent to Gitmo to investigate the crime. During the same timeframe as their investigation,there is a planned heavyweight title fight between America's Ruben Palace and Cuba’s Kid Carlos. An international incident occurs when a girl Ruben was seen with is herself found dead. The two agents team up with Cuban police force detective Aguillerra to investigate the two crimes.
