Born in Schleswig-Holsteiner (1974, northern Germany) I studied physics at the University of Hamburg. At the moment I live and work in Madrid. Naturally, I have basic knowledge in mathematics and good knowledge in physics including: mechanics, thermodynamics, quantum mechanics, Nuclear- and high energy physics as well as cosmology and relativity. However, my specialty is solid state physics and within this large field: thin film magnetism, stray field interaction of magnetic nanoparticles, etc.
