Alexander "Alex" Parsons (b.1982) is a British composer, record producer and teacher, living in South East London.

He is known for scoring short film and television documentaries as well as producing and remixing both Commercial and Underground House music. He has composed soundtracks to a number of award-winning films, including '[http://mayfly.richard-purves.com/ Mayfly]', a short film by Richard Purves and the '[http://animatedminds.com Animated Minds]' series for Mosaic Films, which won awards from both BAFTA and the Royal Television Society in 2010.
