Turbo 418 was formed in September 2006 by several jugglers from the [http://www.ecoledecirque.com/en/ l'Ecole de Cirque de Quebec] (the circus school of Québec).
Turbo 418 held their first festival, The Carnabal of Quebechttp://www.turbo418.com/gallery/hist_2007/hist_2007.php, in 2007.
The name of the event has since been changed to the current Turbo Festhttp://www.turbo418.com/historique.php.
