Cristian Dârstar is a Romanian professional illustrator and author of numerous indie comic book titles.
In 2012 he was an invited guest at Salón del Cómic”[http://comic-30.ficomic.com/AUTORS/default.cfm Salón del Cómic Barelona]” in Barcelona where he met many young artists.
In 2013 he participated in the exibition Comicsconexion ”[http://comixconnection.eu/artists/cristian-darstar/ Comicsconexion]” Exibition
In 2014 he published his first graphic novel Mickey pe Dunăre ”[http://www.mediaddict.ro/lansare-de-bd-mickey-pe-dunare-primul-volum-din-colectia-relatii-ceho-romane-in-banda-desenata/ Mickey pe Dunăre graphic novel]” , a family story about the Prague spring and Nicolae Ceaușescu.
