Ishmael Bates is an African-American animator-director born in Louisiana in 2006. Ishmael was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and grew up mostly there. He moved to Texas towards his teenage years, spending his high school years there aswell. His parents lives are non-disclosed due to the privacy of his life.
