In 1984 Jackson suffered severe burnings during a commercial shooting. He had to undergo two surgeries on his scalp. The drug was administered by Jackson's personal physician in the singer's residence in Los Angeles. On June 25, Jackson died in his residence of an acute propofol and bebzodiazepine intoxication. His personal physician was convicted to serve four years in prison for involuntary manslaughter.
