Greetings and welcome to my user page.

I am a graduate student studying military history and I plan on working to clean up (and, generally, make more accessible) English-language Wikipedia pages about Colombia's military history. I intend to begin with the Thousand Days' War (1899-1902). I am highly proficient in Spanish (my family is from Colombia, although I was born and raised in the U.S.) and have access to a treasure trove of secondary sources on the matter, so I hope to do some good here putting my knowledge and my training to use.

I am not new to wiki-style editing, but I am new to Wikipedia itself. Bear with me and I hope that this will be the start of a fun and productive project!
