Kim Vandervort is an American fantasy author.

She earned a Master of Fine Arts in medieval literature from California State University Fullerton and is currently an author and English composition teacher.

Her first novel, The Song and the Sorceress, was published in August, 2009, which was followed by the sequel, The Northern Queen (2010).

Originally from Sierra Vista, Arizona, she currently lives in Corona, California.
