Early life

Islam ul Haque was born on 23 March 1956 in Sadiqabad in the Punjab province of Pakistan. He obtained his earlier education in Sadiqabad.

Military career

Islam ul Haque was commissioned in the Pakistan Army Corps of Engineers on 16 April 1977 in the famous 55 PMA Long Coursehttp://55pmalc.pakistanpaedia.com/index.html.
