Arthur Hasting Sloggatt (March 8th, 1917 - September 10th, 1975) was an editorial cartoonist for The New York Daily Mirror from 1956 until its closing on October 16th, 1963.

His work appeared in more than 30 newspapers through the Universal Press Syndicate and Hearst Headline Service. Military service

Sloggatt enlisted in the United States Army during World War II, serving in France, Germany, and Italy. Personal life
