LTMem who started editing on the 14th December makes accusations on another brand new user User talk:Nlpskills talk page linking one of the meat puppet sites which contains various accusations (including some bazaar assertions) and also advice on how to manage wikipedia editing. The same accusation, linked with a "back off the NLP article" statement were made [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:Huon&diff=prev&oldid=531716837 here]. A previous used. The linked "socks" site has been referenced by several SPAs. Back in January 2012 Encyclotadd raised both the sock accusation and a COI one with admin Atama who conducted [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Atama/Archive_2012#COI_of_user a detailed investigation]. In the interests of full disclosure Encylotadd contacted me off wiki shortly after this and we have met and talked several times since.

21st Jan 2013 sees a series of negative contributions including [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Talk%3ANeuro-linguistic_programming&diff=534096500&oldid=534086743 another repetition] of the HeadleyDown accusation. Also tagging PoV without giving any supporting evidence on the talk page
