The Blériot-SPAD S.45 was a passenger aircraft built by () in 1921.
circular section monocoque fuselage constructed of three layers of plywood.
It was powered by four {{convert|300|hp|kW|abbr=on|disp=flip}} Hispano-Suiza engines. These were mounted in a pair of laminated wood nacelles mounted on the lower wing, each containing two engines mounted in tandem, one driving a tractor propeller and the other a pusher propeller
Pilot and flight engineer sat side-by-side in an open cockpit immediatly in front of the passenger compartment, with the navigator#wireless operator occupying a compartment in the extreme nose of the aircraft.[http://www.flightglobal.com/pdfarchive/view/1921/1921%20-%200777.html ] Flight 24 Nov 1921
Exhibited in an unfinished condition at the 1921 Paris Aero Salon
Difficulty in carrying out static load testing on the monocoque fuselage delayed the granting of a certificate of airworthiness{{ cite journal|url=http://gallica.bnf.fr/ark:/12148/bpt6k6554866j/f378.image|title= Que Sont Devenus les Appareils du Dernier Salon?|date=1 December1922|page=272}}
