Lutece (software)

Lutece is a portal engine which allows users to easily create websites or intranets based upon HTML or XML content. This open-source software is implemented in Java and based on free softwares (i.e., Spring, Maven). Lutece provides a user-friendly interface for portal management and therefore no specific technical skills are required.

Lutece has been maintained by the mayor's office in Paris since 2001.
