Hurts are an English band, formed by singer Theo Hutchcraft and synthesiser player Adam Anderson. The band featured as "Band of the day" in The Guardian http://www.guardian.co.uk/music/2009/jul/27/new-band-hurts and took fourth place in the BBC Sound of 2010.http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment/8439832.stm
