Burak Aydos (born in Ankara on 8 January 1972) is a Turkish singer, composer and songwriter.[http://www.biyografya.com/biyografi/14588 Biyografya: Burak Aydos] {{in lang|tr}}
He completed his primary, secondary, high school and university education in Ankara. He started his music career by taking solfege and piano lessons from Metin Tufan in 1983. He studied music at Hacettepe University Ankara State Conservatory. He also studied with Mısırlı Ahmet on percussion and Volkan Öktem on drums.
In 1993 Eurovision Song Contest held in Cork, Ireland, he represented Turkey with the self-written "Esmer Yarim"{{cite web|url=https://kesfetsek.com/eurovision-1993-burak-aydos-esmer-yarim/|author=A.Buğra Tokmakoğlu|title=Eurovision 1993 / Burak Aydos-Esmer Yarim|publisher=Keşfetsek|date=10 May 2009|accessdate=13 February 2019|language=tr}} with arrangements by Mete Artun. In 1995, he gave a break on his university education and released a solo album Şartsız Kuralsız Hesapsız with own lyrics and music. In his debut album, Vedat Sakman was on vocals and percussion, Erdinç Şenyaylar on flamenco guitar, Soner Egesel on classical guitar, Cuneyt Sözmen on bass guitar. For the singles "Yalnızlık Benim Eski Sevgilim" and "Beni Verme Ellere" were released with music videos. Both were remade in a softer style in 2005, on the 10th anniversary of the album.
In 1997, Burak Aydos returned to university graduating from Bilkent University from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Political Science.
In 2007, he released the album 30+[http://www.muzikhabercisi.com/3589/muzik/burak-aydosun-ikinci-randevusu.html Muzik habercisi: Burak Aydos'un ikinci randevusu] {{in lang|tr}} with Hüsnü Şenlendirici on the trumpet and clarinet, Nurhat Şensesli on bass, Volkan Öktem on drums, and Burç Şenses on the piano. Lyrics and music as in the first album belonged to Aydos.
