Why this fish?
- Because Wikipedia makes it weird to upload a profile photo.
- The orange roughy is notable for its extraordinary lifespan, up to 149 years, and it is considered vulnerable to exploitation. Perhaps this image will turn you off eating one.
- I created Wikipedia's lists of vulnerable, endangered, and critically endangered fish species based on IUCN assessments. I also started the article on sustainable seafood advisory lists and certification.
- It is an example of my photography.
