I always loved the idea of the project and tried to improve articles as an IP for five years since 2005, but didn't create an account, as I found Wikipedia's level of quality of the contents in my areas of expertise and interest to be too low to enjoy being associated with it. I finally created my account on 2010-11-19 hoping it would aid communications and allow to help shaping the infrastructure and the contents towards easier access of information, higher levels of quality as well as broader and deeper coverage of topics.
