To get some practice editing you can use a sandbox. If you register an account, you can create your own personal sandbox for use any time. It's perfect for working on bigger projects. Then for easy access in the future, you could put a link to it on your user page.
Please remember to:
- Always sign your posts on talk pages. You can do this either by clicking on the File:OOUI JS signature icon LTR.png button on the edit toolbar or by typing four tildes

Other than the class and importance, it seems like a good faifth addition. So you're saying that WikiProjects should not be added without consensus, yet we always do it.
