Strange that the 20th isn't issuing. According to [http://eqks.org/marriage-update-february-9-2015/ this source], the counties in the 20th district have issued, hence my confusion. Kumorifox (talk) 00:11, 28 June 2015 (UTC)

Kumorifox I know I was really confuse too, then I went and check the Aclu Kansas and there was a girl saying she couldn't get a license from Rice county. That is why I am pretty sure they are not issuing. --Allan120102 (talk) 00:30, 28 June 2015 (UTC)
