I'd like to wikilink wrong article to a page that defines that term, and I think others might find it useful too. I just want it to be clear what I mean by it.

But my first effort to create a user essay to do this were destroyed, see [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User:Andrewa/wrong_article&action=history the history] particularly the edit summaries and then of course User talk:Andrewa/wrong article.
