:Yes, thank you for giving me an opportunity to explain myself. Uzma Gamal created his account on 7 November 2010. A mere two hours later he creates his talk page with the edit summary "This is a talk page. Please respect the talk page guidelines, and remember to sign your posts by typing four tildes." This is unusual knowledge for a newcomer and his describing it so well leads me to believe he is a sockpuppet. He is tagging talk pages with WikiProject tags around the same time [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Talk:List_of_Ugly_Americans_episodes&diff=prev&oldid=395541736 ].
