Hi, welcome to Wikipedia.

I have reverted your recent edits to Peter Lord (art historian) because you deleted several citations, and your edit summaries indicated that you did so because the external links were not working. Please do not do this, because the incomplete citation may be sufficient for our readers to find the source, or for another editor to repair the citation. See the guideline at WP:DEADREF, where it describes what to do.

One of the citations you removed had a link to a webpage archived at archive.org.[https://web.archive.org/web/20160416163651/http://www.pmsa.org.uk/pmsa-database/11407/] The link is valid but archive.org is often swamped, and their archived pages are often slow to appear and sometimes time-out before they do.

I am aware that I have deleted some other of your changes which might be useful. You could redo these (or I might do so). I noticed a couple of issues with your new section headings: 'Recent Books' and 'Full List of Works'. You are unlikely to be certain this the list is complete, even if you are Peter Lord himself you might have forgotten something. Also, Wikipedia articles should be written so that the text will remain accurate into the indefinite future, we don't know when an article will next be updated, and Wikimedia content may be used in printed books or copied to other websites. If this article is not modified for a few years then 'Recent' will be inaccurate and the 'Full list' will be out of date

A more minor issue is that the Wikipedia Manual of Style specifies that section headings should be in sentence case, see MOS:SECTIONHEAD.
