While I appreciate your efforts to make improvements, adding promotional-sounding language like "Partnered with CAHO to advance clinical excellence, patient-centric care and continuous quality improvement" and adding completely unreferenced Academics and Research sections should not be done by any editor. Your conflict of interest means that it may be harder to ensure neutrality. As a result, edits that do not meet standards to tone or citations can be perceived as self-promotional.
