There is a lot of sockpuppet activity going at Civitatis International. IF (and I am not saying I believe anything you write) you are a part of the organization, several experienced editors are watching the article and are keeping any content out of the article that violates Wikipedia policy. In the meantime, there is a standard deletion discussion ongoing (see the link at the top of the article) and it looks like the consensus will be to delete the article. It will take a little time for the community to go through the process. So just stop adding a speedy delete template to the Talk page, which is not appropriate.
