County Courthouse Images Update 2
It's been about a week since you first sent out the email and I was wondering if you have received a response from the photographer. If not, I think there are two options left. If you are okay with this, you could send a follow up email to the guy, if not, could you add this template (with the text "F2" in parameter 1 section) to each image by the photographer. If you don't mind, could you add that deletion template to all the images from [http://www.courthouses.co/ courthouses.co]; if you want, you can add a short reasoning to why they need to be deleted, but leaving that parameter blank is sufficient since you're the original uploader (I think you can find most of [https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:ListFiles?limit=500&user=Cork12&ilshowall=1 the images here]). ::::::::::It's all good, mistakes do happen. If he does respond and agrees to a specific license, then he will have to send an email to the Commons VRT team which collects and stores all copyright waivers (helpful email template that he could use if he does respond). This is done so there is no doubt that an image isn't copyrighted. After that is done, you should be good to reupload them, but for now, it's safer to delete them because he hasn't responded.
