I agree he conducts himself improperly especially towards new/anon users without giving good faith or doing any work on [problem] contributions (instead he attacks users and removes content or blocks/restrict users) and violates many other Wiki polices (creating more problems which is disruptive). I left a response on the thread you're involved with although I see you are currently blocked. Not surprised. Hence why I only use IPs when dealing with articles he monopolizes. Best of luck on here... P.S. He's the only/major troublemaker on Wiki for the most part now. Not all admin are here to help either and most of the "tips" he posts on talk pages (such as yours) he'll ignore/violate if it benefits him.
