:The problem with you PR guys writing on here, which has been discussed many times, is that you really struggle to distinguish between reality and your employer's interests. I've never quite worked out whether you do know the difference, but ignore it, or whether a decade of spinning blinds you to it. I'd genuinely be interested in your view.
