User talk:Funambules

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia!

Generally articles should use language that is more "international" - I.e. that is why I used "male toilet" instead of "boy's bathroom" - In terms of the actual words (i.e. color versus colour), generally the location and country involved determines this. Since the word "toilet" is used in all dialects of English, IMO that word should generally be used. WhisperToMe 01:59, 2 December 2007 (UTC)

EDIT: I found that "bathroom" in many countries refers to a room specifically with bathing facilities (NOT a room with toilets, or just toilets - and in some countries the toilet and bathroom are always separate) - this is why I used "male toilet" WhisperToMe 02:06, 2 December 2007 (UTC)

File source problem with File:Norman2.jpg

File:Copyright-problem.svg

Thanks for uploading :File:Norman2.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Log&type=upload&user=Funambules this link]. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 05:03, 24 December 2009 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. ww2censor (talk) 05:03, 24 December 2009 (UTC)

Hello. I hope this is the right way to answer you. The photo is of a publicity sheet that Norman Crider used to use over 35 years ago as publicity for his act. The photographer for the images is unknown and it was provided to me by his partner, who requested that I put it onto the page. What else do I need to provide?

The file itself was created by Tobias Leibovitz, Mr. Crider's partner. The image he was photographing is unattributable, but the photo of the sheet was created by him.
