Gercekkaynarca was operating on two ranges that I had hardblocked last month for being abused by VivaNorthCyprus. This was the basis for his request for IPBE. In addition, this user was operating on another IP (under a different ISP) that has exclusively been used abusively by VivaNorthCyprus and previously Justice Forever over the last two years. In addition, the users on this IP all shared the same unique user agent. Coupled with the suspicions of similar behavior to previous VivaNorthCyprus socks, I decided to block this account. Wiki - administrators can examine my contributions. All always obeyed Wikipedia policies. Can any Wiki-admin show me any vandalism or etc. of mine? Note that some Wiki-admin username-excluded me from being blocked to overcome whole IP-range restrictions. Notice this as well.|decline=It has now been explained multiple times, including the above comment by a checkuser, why this account is blocked.
