Hello HJ Mitchell, can you take a look at this range [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Contributions/148.252.144.197], I had reported them for disruption and they were blocked from Somali–Portuguese conflicts article, they seem to be back harassing me on my talk.
