Paul Rogat Loeb
Hi, just wanted to bring to your notice that :User:PaulLoeb is clearly the subject Paul Rogat Loeb as per discussions at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Paul Rogat Loeb. They are clearly a case of
, but as the AfD was going no action was taken as decided by admins at UAA. See [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Usernames_for_administrator_attention&oldid=1295720747]. The person Paul Rogat Loeb is a notable living person. I have also warned him of the violation today. Thank you. Agent 007 (talk) 18:47, 22 June 2025 (UTC)
:@Agent VII impersonation seems unlikely and they're not doing anything disruptive so I don't think a block is necessary. They've indicated that they'll contact VRT so we'll leave it at that for the time being. HJ Mitchell | Penny for your thoughts? 22:10, 23 June 2025 (UTC)
Personal info
Talk:President of Iran the fifth comment ( the one in Persian) has a lot of personal info and is also a letter to the president which shouldn't be on Wikipedia. AlexBobCharles (talk) 20:28, 22 June 2025 (UTC)
:@AlexBobCharles Thanks. I've removed it. HJ Mitchell | Penny for your thoughts? 22:17, 23 June 2025 (UTC)
JSTOR Access?
Hey @HJ Mitchell hope you’re doing well!
If you have a moment and still have access to JSTOR, could I ask for a favor? I need some documents to finish up a few articles. I can send you the links via email if that works for you. Thanks, Regards. Riad Salih (talk) 02:16, 23 June 2025 (UTC)

Please let me know if you have any questions or would like to discuss further.

- Hi {{U|KjwilliamsCASL}}: HJMitchell is operating from the UK so they're probably either caught out in the rain or eating an eel pie or something like that. Rather than dropping summaries here, you might have a look at Help:Your first article--after you follow the links on your talk page on how to declare your COI. Maybe time to remove indef semi protection on [[Chappie (film)]]?
Hey, I recently acted on an edit request on Chappie (film) and noticed that you placed indefinite semi-protection on 16 April 2014, [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Log&page=Chappie+%28film%29 page logs] (after a different admin had tried a limited semi protection). My feeling is that it's worth trying to remove that, given how much time has passed for a pop culture article. Thanks! Skynxnex (talk) 15:16, 25 June 2025 (UTC)
:@Skynxnex that's why I tend not to use indef semi these days. Thanks for the note. After 11 years, it's almost certainly safe to unprotect. HJ Mitchell | Penny for your thoughts? 19:09, 25 June 2025 (UTC)
::Seems reasonable. I've also added it to my watchlist for a bit to help monitor. Skynxnex (talk) 19:12, 25 June 2025 (UTC)
