Question about the Japan chart book

Hello, as you are an expert in the field of record certifications, I just wanted to know if you know somebody who has the book Oricon Album Chart Book: Complete Edition 1970–2005, or probably have it yourself. It looks like a vandal in the German Wkipedia heavily used it for certification reference, but there is nobody in de-WP we know of who has that book, and as not all of his edits were malicious, we should better be checking, if possible... --Ali1610 (talk) 10:32, 17 July 2023 (UTC)

RIAA certification numbers, and actual physical sales numbers

Several years ago, there was a dispute regarding the Certifications table on album pages and whether or not we include pure album sales in its own column with sources (as certification numbers, and pure sales numbers aren’t always the same). This discussion has recently been re-opened here. If you have the chance, please comment. --Blastmaster11 (talk) 01:15, 6 September 2023 (UTC)
