But can directly, talk to king of cambodia on official capacity. He has proper notable articles, official websites and documents. I took utmost care, to follow wiki guidelines to frame the article. I used citations bots as well to get the best output. Its been still in drafts, I tried to speak about in IRC channel, but unfortunately today servers were not working. Only a very small number of people have access to the information; as I said above, I think your best chance of appeal is to appeal to the Arbitration Committee. Pieces of evidence on and off wiki indicated you and this person were one and the same. If you did not engage in paid editing, to convince someone with access to the evidence to unblock you, you would need to demonstrate how you are not this person, or demonstrate you were not actually compensated for these edits (note that you may still have a conflict of interest even if you weren't compensated). Given Wikipedia's rules on disclosing the real-life identity of other editors (WP:OUTING), it's difficult to directly talk about this evidence.
