• Jack Swagger won the Money in the Bank ladder match.
• The Undertaker defeated Shawn Michaels in a "Streak vs. Career" match, forcing Michaels to retire.
• On March 29:
• It was reported that Consequences Creed and the Nasty Boys (Brian Knobbs and Jerry Sags) had been released from their TNA contracts.
• Brooke Adams made her TNA debut on Impact! as Eric Bischoff's assistant, Ms. Tessmacher.
• Jack Swagger cashed in his Money in the Bank contract at the SmackDown taping on March 30 and defeated Chris Jericho to win the World Heavyweight Championship for the first time. The match aired on the April 2 episode of SmackDown.

• At Total Nonstop Action Wrestling's Lockdown pay-per-view:
• Doug Williams was stripped of the TNA X Division Championship due to no-showing the event because of a volcano eruption in Iceland, which disrupted flights in Europe.
• Frankie Kazarian went on to win the vacant X Division Championship by defeating Homicide and Shannon Moore in a three-way steel cage match.
• Madison Rayne won the TNA Women's Knockout Championship in a tag team steel cage match, making her the first person to hold the Knockouts Championship and the TNA Knockout Tag Team Championships simultanously.
• Rob Van Dam won the TNA World Heavyweight Championship on April 19 by defeating A.J. Styles on Impact!.
• On April 20:
• Adam Birch made his WWE return as Joey Mercury, losing a dark match to Shelton Benjamin prior to the SmackDown television tapings.
• Daffney suffered a stinger and a bruised sternum during a dark match prior to the Impact! tapings.
• Angelina Love partially tore her bicep muscle and suffered a complete ulnar collateral ligament tear at the Impact! tapings, and is expected to miss several weeks.
• Former Southwest Championship Wrestling announcer Steve Stack died after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease.
• Katsuji Adachi, better known as Mr. Hito, died in Calgary at the age of 67. His death was related to diabetes.
• On April 21:
• Prince Devitt and Ryusuke Taguchi were stripped of the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Championship.
• "Gorgeous" George Grant died at the age of 85.

Just to let you know, I've declined the speedy on Coilback; I think that a claim to notability is made, albeit vaguely so. You can take the article to AfD if you like, and I think that will likely result in deletion. All the best, Drmies (talk) 17:17, 12 April 2011 (UTC)

I'm having a few issues with a particular editor, and I'm not entirely sure what the best approach is; I was wondering whether you could take a look. The issue is essentially this: said user generically dislikes list articles, preferring categories (despite long-standing consensus that the two are not mutually exclusive). To this end they nominated a bunch of the metal lists for deletion, although they subsequently admitted that they were looking for clean-up; examples are [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/List_of_power_metal_bands here], [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/List_of_speed_metal_bands here] and [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/List_of_death_metal_bands_from_Nordic_countries here]. They also have a problem with artist nationality being recorded in llist articles (for example, [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=List_of_melodic_death_metal_bands&action=historysubmit&diff=448203444&oldid=448201466 this edit]), although curiously they have no issue with date of formation being listed. The list articles were all kept following AfD, so their new tactic appears to be to delete everything without a source, which is fair enough if the editor has looked for sources themselves, but in this instance appears to be a pointed attempt to blank pages since they didn't get their own way at AfD. The latest, and most baffling altercation concerns the newly renamed (unilaterally by editor in question) list of Swedish death metal artists. Their unusual argument is that there is some huge distinction between a Swedish death metal band and a Swedish death metal band, although it is unclear where they have gleaned this distinction from. Nonetheless, I have done due diligence and found sources for everything on the list (initially Allmusic, although I have pointed said editor towards print sources (Daniel Ekeroth's Swedish Death Metal, Albert Mudrian's Improbable History, Terrorizer death metal specials etc.) but this particular chap is just removing all the sourced content (e.g [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=List_of_Swedish_death_metal_artists&action=historysubmit&diff=451048765&oldid=450959091 this edit]. A quick look at the talk page gives you a fairly clear idea of how they approach consensus-building; the "new inclusion criteria" have apparently been decided by him and him alone, and it far from clear exactly what they are. This kind of editing is essentially disruptive, but I'm not exacctly sure who to take the issue to... what do you reckon? Blackmetalbaz (talk) 11:41, 18 September 2011 (UTC)

I have decided to put on a mini-contest within the November 2013 monthly disambiguation contest, on Saturday, November 23 (UTC). I will personally give a $20 Amazon.com gift card to the disambiguator who fixes the most links on that server-day ([https://tools.wmflabs.org/dplbot/ch/dab_challenge.php see the project page for details on scoring points]). Since we are not geared up to do an automated count for that day, at 00:00, 23 November 2013 (UTC) (which is 7:00 PM on November 22, EST), I'll take a screenshot of the project page leaderboard. I will presume that anyone who is not already listed on the leaderboard has precisely nine edits. At 01:00, 24 November 2013 (UTC) (8:00 PM on November 23, EST), I'll take a screenshot of the leaderboard at that time (the extra hour is to give the board time to update), and I will determine from that who our winner is. I will credit links fixed by turning a WP:DABCONCEPT page into an article, but you'll have to let me know me that you did so. Here's to a fun contest. Note that according to the Daily Disambig, we currently have under 256,000 disambiguation links to be fixed.
