Categorization of articles

Please pay some attention to how categorization works on Wikipedia: each article only goes in the most specific available categories, and does not also go into categories that are parents of other categories that the article is also in. For example, if you're filing an article in {{cl|Israeli horror films}}, then it does not also go into {{cl|Israeli films}} and {{cl|Horror films}} alongside that — by virtue of "Israeli horror films" already being a subcategory of the other two, the film is already in those trees, so it does not need to be directly filed in the other two alongside the first. File:Information orange.svg The external links you added into several article are removed. Wikipedia is and encyclopedia, not a vehicle for free advertising of books. --Altenmann >talk 20:36, 12 February 2025 (UTC)

:That's a shame because I added links to a high quality peer-reviewed source. It is tightly connected to each one of the articles, and offers an in depth discussion of them. Did you bother to read the source before removing the links? @Altenmann JamesB007 (talk) 23:32, 12 February 2025 (UTC)

:There is no source, just a link to a book website. On many subjects there are dozens of books and thousands of scholarly articles. Even the webpage you added lists several more books. Wikipedia is no a catalog to add all of them them everywhere. Instead, if it is a good source why don't you add some more information into Wikipedia. --Altenmann >talk 23:40, 12 February 2025 (UTC)

:P.S. The book is not even on sale yet, therefore I unambiguously see it is a promotion, an abuse of Wikipedia. --Altenmann >talk 23:40, 12 February 2025 (UTC)
