Dispute resolution

I asked for dispute resolution in matter of Paul Polansky. I inform you per rules, so you would know. Sobek2000 (talk) 22:03, 6 April 2025 (UTC)

:Maybe you should learn how to spell Polanski, lol. Jersey Jan (talk) 23:08, 6 April 2025 (UTC)

::I know how. Polański. Not my fault English made it harder. Sobek2000 (talk) 00:22, 7 April 2025 (UTC)

False accusations of vandalism

I just got done reading Talk:Sharon Tate where you have made false accusations of vandalism. Please carefully read WP:VANDALISM which defines vandalism on Wikipedia as {{tpq|editing (or other behavior) deliberately intended to obstruct or defeat the project's purpose}}. When another editor disagrees with you on a content matter, that is not vandalism. Describing an 8-1/2 month killed/murdered fetus as a baby boy is not vandalism, even if you disagree. Speaking personally, I have been 100% pro-choice since before Roe v Wade when I helped a pregnant young woman I had never previously met travel from Michigan where abortion was illegal to New York where it was legal. Far more recently, my full term otherwise healthy grandson was delivered dead due to an umbilical cord mishap. I held and grieved over his body. Any attempt to dismiss him as "just a fetus" and not my grandson and not a baby boy who died will not go over well. Callous pedantry about such matters is counterproductive and false accusations of vandalism are not permitted. Cullen328 (talk) 03:30, 10 April 2025 (UTC)

@Cullen328 :This would be very interesting and instructive if I still cared about that silly dispute, but I do not any longer, as I have already stated on the Sharon Tate talk page. However, I will add that I do not put your grandson and Tate's fetus in the same classification, as your grandson was delivered of a living woman. I say this of my own free will, not because I'm intimidated by your use of the words "will not go over well". I think it worthwhile to make that distinction to you. I admit that I am not an expert on what does and does not constitute vandalism. In using the word "vandalism", I was but echoing what Knickiknacki had stated. I took my cue from that. Otherwise, I have no desire to argue about the issue any further. Sobek2000 and I have embarrassed ourselves enough as it is, and I for one do not intend to continue with it, so please make no attempts here. Thank you. Jersey Jan (talk) 04:29, 10 April 2025 (UTC)
