Putable bonds
Thanks for trying to correct the article on bond [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Bond_%28finance%29&diff=376500086&oldid=376411610 here], but the result was less helpful than you intended. The original message was that "puttable" is a correct spelling in the context of a golfing scenario, but the adjective in bond finance must be spelled "putable". Actually, both spellings are used about bonds in reliable sources. The text after your edit was confusing and wrong, but lasted over a year! – Fayenatic (talk) 21:20, 27 September 2011 (UTC)
